    Within 10 minutes after your order is accepted and processed, you will be sent a license key.  You can use this key to "unlock" the evaluation version you already have.  If you didn't  download the trial copy you can do so now and when prompted during the installation process, enter the license key you receive from Plimus.

Return Policy

Because our software is often used for a one-time conversion, once you are given an activation key we do not allow refunds.

We provide a trial copy that creates a sample test of your data export and unlimited free support during the trial period.  We urge you to completely test our software before purchasing.

After purchase, if our product fails to export your database for any reason (including corruption), we will repair the database and export the data for you.
