Free Trial Conversion

Our sample conversions provide a 200 contact snapshot of your ACT! database.   This gives you the opporunity to test both the export process and experience how your data will function in a new application.

Exporter Software Trial

The software for the trial version is exactly the same as the full version.  If you purchase Exporter, you will be given a license key that will allow you to export the entire database.  You will not need to download the software again. 

Step 1:  You send us a copy of your database (or a sample) and specify the Output Format you want your data exported to.  

Step 2:  We will return a test of 200 contacts with their notes, histories, opportunities, groups and activities.  There is no charge for this sample.  If the test is a migration into Salesforce or Zoho, we also add your custom fields from ACT!   It usually takes no more than 48 hours to return your sample once we receive the database. 

Step 3:  When you're ready to convert the entire database, contact us with payment information.  You can send us an updated copy of the database or we can use the one  sent for the sample.  Your final converted database will be returned to you within 48 hours.
