Export Service

Using our Exporter for ACT! product, we will export your ACT! database into the format you choose.

Here's how it works.............

Step 1:  You send us a copy of your database (or a sample) and specify the Output Format you want your data exported to.   If you're moving to a new CRM system, we can work with your new vendor to insure that you convert as much data as possible during the transition.  Click Here for detailed instructions.

Step 2:  We will return a test of 100 contacts with their notes, histories, opportunities, groups and activities.  There is not charge for this sample.  It usually takes no more than 48 hours to return your sample once we receive the database.  You review and test the data.  If you need us to run a different sample, just let us know. 

Step 3:  When you're ready to convert the entire database contact us with payment information.  Your converted database will be returned to you within 48 hours.

Conversion Types

TXT   All tables are exported in windows standard comma delimited or TAB delimited format.

ACCESS  All tables are exported into an Access database.  The relationships between the tables are setup.

DBF  All tables are exported in dBase IV format with a .dbf extension.  For tables containing memo fields, there will be a .dbt extension which contains the long data fields.

DBC  All tables are combined into a Visual FoxPro Database container.  The relationships between the tables are set up.  DBC files can be used with almost any window application through the ODBC drivers.  In the Download area of our web site, you can find information describing how to use this file type.

DBF_Flat  Using the flat file format, all the notes and history records for a contact are combined into a single long field.  This makes importing into applications such as Outlook much easier.  The other tables will be exported if checked but not included in the record.

TXT_Flat  This is the same as the DBF_Flat except the data is exported as standard windows comma delimited text mode.

ACT! 6  Exporter will return the ACT! 2005-2008 database to ACT! 6.
