This error message usually means that the OLE/DB report Objects need to be rebuilt.  Follow the steps below to do this.

1.       Ensure that ACT! is closed.

2.       Click the Windows Start button, and then click Run. The Run dialog box appears.

3.       In the Open field, enter either actdiag (ACT! 2007-2008), act8diag (ACT! 2006) or act7diag (ACT! 2005), and then click OK. The ACT! Diagnostics utility launches.

4.       Click the Databases button from the navigation bar. A list of your databases appears:

5.       Click the rectangle on the left side of the DATABASE to select the entire row displaying the database information.

6.       Click the Actions menu, point to Database Rebuild, and then click Rebuild OLE/DB Report Objects. The following Rebuild OLE/DB Reporting Objects dialog box appears:

7.       Click Yes to continue with the rebuild process. The following Rebuild OLE/DB Reporting Objects message appears:

8.       Click OK to complete the process.
