If you are using ACT! 9.01, you will need to apply the fix in the KB article #20495.
Unfortunately, the patch file 9.01fix.cmd has a typo and will not work properly as is.  We have made the correction. You can download the corrected version .  901fix.zip

NOTE:  The 901fix.cmd patch assumes that you have installed ACT! in the c:\program files\act\act for windows folder.  If you have installed elsewhere, you will need to open the 901fix.cmd file with Notepad and make the appropriate modifications.
