NoteHistory2TXT allows
you to quickly and easily export data from ACT! group, contact and
note/history records into a comma delimited file which can be used with other applications.

Select the data you want to
export. NoteHistory2TXT allows you to export only the data you
select and in the order you specify. This allows you
to use applications such as Excel to create summary reports and
tables which are not possible with ACT!'s standard report
writer. |

Quick and easy-to-use.
When you install NoteHistory2TXT an icon is placed on the ACT! tool
bar. With a single click of this icon, your data is
exported. |
 | Create and save export maps.
You can create and reuse export maps. The maps are easy
to build. Simply select the fields you want and click a button
to move them to the selected list. You can also drag them into
the proper order. |
 | Filter the export. You can
use filters that ACT! uses -- Record Manager, Note/History Type and Date to specify only the data that you want exported. |

you can do with the exported data |

You've probably got a lot of very valuable data in
your ACT! database, but the ACT! reports won't let you use it. You can use the data exported by
NoteHistory2TXT with Excel or another report generator such as
Crystal to view the information in your ACT! database and create reports
etc. to help you better analyze your sales activity. Here are
just a few things you might want to do:
